Paros by Amarya offers a delightful alfresco lounge-restaurant set on an elevated platform to offer panoramic views of the ocean and beyond. The lounge houses a Nespresso bar with an assortment of coffee flavors as well as a few nibbles.
The restaurant offers a complete breakfast and all-day menu that is available to outside guests, on prior notice only.
Breakfast is served all day, and with love. Sumptuous and always fresh, the delightful morning spread offers freshly baked breads, delectable crepes, farm fresh eggs to order, organic muesli, breakfast cereals, to fresh seasonal fruit salads and freshly squeezed tropical juices.
The Lunch and Dinner menu features hand-picked favorite dishes of local Goan, Coastal and North Indian cuisine as well as a few European delicacies, showcasing the day's catch and exotic seasonal vegetables. The food is always prepared using only the freshest of products and local seasonal produce.
